Drawings of streetlights!
Can anybody guess what this design is based on? (Both the fixtures AND the poles!) Where would you find those designs (to some people who knows too much such as Silverliner14B....give others a chance ;-) )

Looks like:

GE M100, NEMA gumball (can't tell which model though) and Westinghouse OV-15. For the poles I have no idea LOL.

Somebody GUESS! (eh...quitters)
The gull is in the land of those streetlights (although the fixtures no longer exists here but the poles you see here are still well found all over)

Anyone can guess?

Aaron...I will have to think about that.....something that connects your personality...and your funny face expressions and all that....LOL

This has to be something from New York or New Jersey.
GullWhiz   [Apr 29, 2011 at 12:32 AM]
Anyone else? Be specific!
lite_lover   [Apr 29, 2011 at 01:01 AM]
A New York type light standard. If I'm correct these have custom davit arm added to old existing poles.
GullWhiz   [Apr 29, 2011 at 01:04 AM]
New York? Simply New York???
And Darren for some of them yes....the SLECO's aren't the custom ones, but those SLECO arms actually INFLUENCED the design for the older poles Wink

I should have said New York City,I have never been there but I would think mainly in Manhattan and suburbs?
GullWhiz   [Apr 29, 2011 at 02:14 AM]
The New York City.....so basically yeah....where it ends is Nassau County.....(which also starts a different electrical company). So yeah all the Broughs......

Thanks Joe for posting it. I have always noticed those NYC streetlights but didn't learn MORE in depth until I got to those pages back in 2006!
