Got it out of complete luck and good timing. I'm on my way back from work at Home Depot at 1:30 AM in the morning, and on my way back I catch someone working on the streetlight. I sit and watch and I see him take it down and then I come up and ask if I can have it. To my surprise he gave it to me and I got a new streetlight! I was pretty happy.
I asked "Is it broken?" And he said it was, but after I got home I tested it and it worked perfectly fine. But when I got it it had no ignitor and the ballast was still a bit hot because I think it was running a bit before I got it on the pole.
Actually as I upload the picture it hasn't been an hour yet since it's been taken down. An hour ago it was still on the pole and in service as I write this description at 2:20 AM on July 22, 2014.
But I tested it and it works fine. I think this is a good score!

An hour ago, the light in this picture was in service but not lit, and on the pole above the road. Isn't that kind of funny. xD
The first streetlight I ever got was probably removed from service hours before it was given to me!
I have a lot of my small ones, I don't have the OV-25's anymore, it was sad to get rid of those, but yeah.. xD
I don't have the M-400 R2 that I got a long time ago, (My first streetlight) But I still have the other M-400 R2. Too much to list, but I got rid of a lot of lights. My parents practically forced me to.
Right now I have my collection stashed away between five places:
the laundry room, where my 3ft and 4ft fluorescent lamps are, my HID lamps, my "residential" lamps (CFLs, incandescents, medium base HID, PL adapters), a few of my street lights (RMA NEMA, OVC, Chicago M-250R1, M-250A)
In the utility room I have my OV-10, my tool boxes, my 2ft and under fluorescent lamps, my fluorescent light fixtures, my miscellaneous items (refractors, ballasts, sockets, wire, etc).
Then there's behind the basement couch where I have a 4X F20T12 trigger start cloud/puff fixture, a case of 30 NOS GTE Sylvania F20/WW lamps, a partial case (3 of 6) NOS Sylvania 175W MH lamps from 2000, and a 2X F32T8/IS shoplight for my grandpa's shop.
Then there's my room where my LED street light is tucked away, my photocell box is, my F14T12 fluorescent lamp box is, my street light display pole is, and my small insulator collection is.
Then there is the fifth place, the shed, where I have my OV-25, M-400, and M-400A2, my traffic signal, my six Holphane highbays, my street light mounting arms (24", 2X 30", and 4ft). And Once we clear some boxes out of the shed I will have some more room for fluorescent fixtures and in the utility room we're gonna clear out some boxes so I can store two new cobraheads I'll be getting a week from this saturday.
