nice shot! I've never seen one of those vibration dampers up close before. I know MASSDOT uses them on all of their poles and I used to call them bowties as a kid since it looks like the street light pole is wearing a bowtie on its neck lol. I always thought they were cool since I'd never seen them in RI, though i think the poles look better without them. I've noticed the overhead billboard signs sometimes have these dampers too.

They're quite rare in Ontario too, I think only tall and/or windy bridges here use them.
