From FCO to Drop lens eh? interesting...what if it just needs a new bulb?

This looks to be a GE arm....hard to tell since I can't see the mounting bracket...

If it needs a new bulb it gets a new bulb. I meant if the ballast takes a dump. There are a large portion of 1993 M-250R2s as well. National Grid came to the US from Great britain in the late 90's. They bought out all of Rhode Island and Southeastern Mass. So National Grid is made up of smaller electric companies that were bought out by them. They actually own lines in parts of New York! They charge too much for street ligth maintenance. They charge $75 to put an open cap in a streetlight!!! ($25 for the open cap, $25 to drive there, and $25 to even go up the pole in the bucket truck!) That's really outrageous. Confused

National Grid is more than just southeastern mass. National grid bought out the company massachusetts electric which at the time was the largest utility in Massachusetts. We have at least 2 dozen towns in western mass that are national grid. NSTAR is now mass' largest utility after the merger with boston Edison and commonweath electric which served the cape. Northeast utilities and NSTAR are currently in a merger and it it gets approved, northeast utilities will become the largest utility in the northeast.
