The next lamp/ballast I want is a 1650 watt MH! That will show the gull! All I have is a pathetically dim 1KW HPS Laughing Nice shot though!

They are both basically the same at about 20,000 lumens.

Ahh. I thought so, but I don't know lumen numbers of lamp off hand.

I don't know the lumen output of every lamp either, I know quite a few but if I don't I consult 1000bulbs.com and see what the lamp lumen output is on the specific lamp.

Note to self: import a 2kW MH from Europe and buy another 1kW MH ballast. Razz

No those are Xenon arc lamps, but I'm sure these will explode if dropped, heck an incandescent will sometimes explode when dropped.
