Yep 250 watt HPS, the R7 could go up to 400 watt HPS just like the OVX but luckily these don't have a habit to cycle within a few months.

Ahh thanks, I wonder why Powerlite decided to switch to a four bolt fitter with internal bolts for this model?

I don't know, I guess maybe it was suppose to a more modern design that was similar to the designs of other manufactures.
