Thorn F20T12/CW - from UK!
I got a pair of Thorn F20T12/CW at the very end of the dumpster diving season. They somehow traveled from UK to here in Canada! I like how they wrote the Cool White designation in both English and French!

I'm not used to European stuff too much, so I can't date it... I would appreciate to know the date, very much!

Wow, haven't even seen a British fluoro before, wonder how it got all the way here.

Interesting how it's English and French too and how cool white got translated to blanc industrie in French, the ones here all say blanc froid.

Oh nice! I think in Europe T12s were already seeing decreasing use by the mid-80s right?

well sorta thorn went bang in 1990/1991 GEC went bang around 1990/1992 dono wen phillips stoped preduction of T12s in the UK we only have one lamp factery left in the UK and thats SOX lamps in hamolten scotland. this lamp is a rather late THORN EMI one think in 86/87 they demerched from EMI. regarding T12s in europe well not in the 80s about late 1990s is wen they started to decline
