Old Westinghouse Bracket Fixture
Not sure what make or wattage. Doesn't light at night. I find it cool how far back the PC is on the arm. This could have a Mercury bulb inside still!

Nice find, that is a Westinghouse Canada Dusk to Dawn bracket fixture.

YARDBLASTER? What an insult to this nice fixture! Yardblasters are the junk you buy at Home Depot. Razz Laughing

Heh, I like to call them bracket fixtures when I'm referring to these generically. I'm not really sure what the "proper" name for them would be since every manufacturer has a different name for them.

Here I can change the name Laughing

Looks like the power lines are older too. Up in Ontario, how high are the distribution lines voltages? I know that they are higher than most places in the US but I am just curious.

According to here they're at 13.8kV and 27.6kV. I'm not sure what's commonly used in the US.

13.8kV is the standard in my area. My street has 7200V, a single phase off a 13.8kV 3ph line. NGrid is basically all 13.8kV but there are probably a couple areas that are higher or maybe even lower.
