Bottom of the Wheeler Radial Wave Quite rusty, but this was one of Steve's better ones. Seems like these radial waves didn't hold up as well as the crescent moon optics (or maybe the radial waves were more targeted by teens with rocks, as the lamps were more exposed in these?) At any rate, still got enough white on it to reflect light. If they ever come out with 150W= clear filament LEDs I'd seriously consider using them in my two Wheelers as well as any other incandescents I get. The filament LEDs I have seen thus far are nice but I want brighter lol. And I'd need the price to come down too. For now the cheap 150W incandescent lamps work for me. Interesting, there's a couple of radial waves in some alleyways in Toronto. I've also seen them used on some farms too.

Canobie Lake Park in New Hampshire has some radial waves for one of the rides. They also have modern reproduction radial waves painted yellow in some parts. The other ones are real radial waves though, sans PC sockets.
