 CGE F14-15-20 Rapid Start Ballast
Here's a late 1960's HPF rapid start ballast from a old industrial reflector fixture. I wired a inline fuseholder with this ballast to have an additional safeguard against a violent ballast failure. This ballast has the old cloth wiring and definitely contains PCBs though.

Thanks, apparently the HPF F20 ballasts are common in Canada since even some of the box stores sell them.
