Thanks Dave. Yeah it still works and pretty bright too. It actually wouldn't have run that long since this was removed in 1994 by Mass Electric. Joe M has had this ever since. with the lamp inside. No photocell on it though. I guess it was probably an older one that Joe kept.

Yeah the phosphors turned gray for some reason. Neutral

yep, just to test it though, and it does work.
