that's actually my yellow double-arrow sign. I don't have any construction signs. and yep good eye on the T12 fixture. on the one i converted to T8 i stuck a USE INSTANT START T8 LAMPS ONLY label or something like that over the USE RAPID START LAMPS ONLY engraving.
Ah, I only have a orange SOFT SHOULDERS construction sign and one of the flashing barricade lights in terms of construction stuff.
Good idea on covering up the text on the converted fixture too, although someone might stick a T12 in. Someone did that in one of the washrooms at school. That fixture has 1 T8 and 1 T12 in it.
