but the glass is white... can yout get a pick of this lit? I've never seen a white blacklight before, if that makes any sense at all lol.

The white black lights are mainly used in bug zappers. They're the bluish-white when lit.

ahh i've seen those in walmart in the bakery section for whatever \reason. they were in trapaziod shaped wall fixtures with a few tubes behind a metal grate.

Ahh, I usually see the hanging ones on the rectangular wall mount ones used here.

do you know why they use black lights in bakerys? do they keep away stuff that can harm the quality of the baked goods or something? I hardly think it's for decoration lol. Laughing

I think they're supposed to zap any flies that happen to be around. Razz

ahh that explains why they're used in bug zappers... Laughing the bug zappers i've seen have been those candle lanterns with a little blue Off bug repellant pad that goes inside and as it burns it releases a bug-repelling scent.

Hi just a little bit of history, Toshiba started making lamps in 1890 having been granted patents rights from Edison, they are Japans oldest lamp makers, this company also makes some of the fastest lifts, sorry elevators, this one for Andrew as he is keen on lifts as well!!!!!!!!!
