Vintage 30 watt GE Frosted Globe Bulbs
1930's era frosted GE globes. Surprised these didn't get marked with the Mazda label (used up to 1945) given their age. these were in some homemade wooden box like device used for photo finishing and had exposed terminal porcelain cleat sockets and a glass panel on it. this box was found in a curbside junk pile.

these were called "type d" bulbs, a low cost line of bulbs made to compete with the cheap japanese and german imports of the time.

these are still 100 times better than those cheapy doll store lamps. Cool
