This looks odd with a OVZ lens.

I think it may be, notice how the Opticom receiver wire goes into the cobra! I'm sure it then just goes into the mast arm but it still looks very strange.

Odd the Opticom sensors are usually mounted on either the centre signal pole or on the signal mast arm here.

Here it was installed in this location because of a bridge. (see street view) It also seems to have its original lens broken in the street view so it must of got this one not too long after.

We don't use these often here, but when we do, they're mounted on the masts. My parents always thought these were cameras until i told them lol.

I would have never KNOWN it was a truss arm on this pic.....LOL!

LOL Jace Razz

I thought this was an upsweep arm 'til i looked at the street view. It looks like this had a GE glass in the streetview pic.

Shocked Check out the old 60s era MTO "signing median" rumble strips in the streetview! Very Happy

I thought it was on a tapered E arm before I opened the streetview.

So you see...taking a picture of the arm and pole TOTALLY changes the PERSPECTIVE of this whole picture totally!
streetlight98   [Oct 17, 2011 at 12:28 AM]
We have those cement rumble strips too on Route 2 in Cranston. It's falling apart though.

Well Jace almost all the pictures I take now I make them more of a scene picture. Notice the upload date too. Wink
