Westinghouse Econ-o-watt F34T12/CW lamp
Nice guy right here. The only non-alto lamp in the whole place besides a GE Ecolux, though this is also the only non-40W T12 lamp (which is good news for the T12 strips) this and the alto it was paired with are blacked badly on one end and blink crazily. I cleaned the tubes, reveresd the way they were installed, and everything but they won't light so they're definetly EOL or at least one of them is... Can somebody date this?

Interesting, I came across a opened up sign for a abandoned shop that had Sylvania HOs with this style etch on it.

Cool lamp.sighting! Usually F34 lamps just quit working altogether and do a dim glow

Yeah i figured it was a bad grounding since both lamps were doing the crazy strobe ting like you'd see with dead lamps on a preheater. But i cleaned the lamps and the outside of the ballast channel (i didn't open the light) and still got the flicker, flicker, flash flash thing.
