Well it works great, at first the cap. acted and sounded like it wanted to fail. I geuss it wasn't ever energized and was getting charged needless to say I kept my distance at first. Very quiet for a large ballast.
for some odd reason...in the thumbnail looked like there was a fireman holding a hose squirting water at a building....but its just the ballast (the fireman) the wire, (the water)....know what I mean?
