Replacement Light
This pole was knocked down after only four months of being up! And it was on the side of the road for almost six months! They had to replace the main part of the pole as the car really totalled it but the davit part was reused, as you can tell since it's bent up slightly. The pole behind this got knocked down too but the new pole was only the height of the ones used for the ramps. So typical of RIDOT and NGrid lol.

I wonder why they didn't put the pole behind the guardrail and do away with the breakway base like they do here.

I think there might be a manditory distance RIDOT has their poles from the road. Before these were put up, there were M-250R2 on truss arms here. also odd how every-other section of guardrail is rusted.

Hehe the 401 has that pattern on the guardrail too, here it's because someone keeps ramming the guardrail in the winter. Shocked
