Agh. thankfully the arctubes didn't break. Otherwise you'd be in quite some trouble with the mercury it'd release. Shocked

Personally, I don't mind too much when a lamp breaks by accident (i.e. dropping), as they are always replaceable. For vintage lights, it may me an issue to those of interest as they might not be able to be replaced. Really cheapy lights I sometimes pop them on purpose (i.e. dollar store LED's, night lights of low quality, CFL filaments. Laughing

HID lamps are expensive and they have to be brought to Eco-Depot instead of just throwing them in the trash so I get mad when I break them. Razz
