Abandond Bridge?
Looks like it. They build a new bridge (the one all traffic is on) for I-195 (this is after the I-Way Bridge) a long time ago, but never tore down the old one for whatever reason. You can see the M-250R2 on the longest street light arms ever used here.

Hmm, over here the MTO usually removes all trace of the old lights during construction.

I see someone walking on the bridge, doesn't look that abandoned to me!

UPDATE:

The bridge is still there, as it was repurposed as a bike path, but the lights and poles are gone.

ORIGINAL:
Normally they do destroy the old brige, but they didn't with this one. Yes, they paved a bike path over the bridge which i find quite stupid. The only thing i like about them keeping that old bridge up is that the old truss arm poles stay up. Smile The M-250R2 are still connected to power too, as the third one from the pic is a cycler at night. It's also the only one that works. Yuo can see more of the bridge as well as a missed out L-150 here
