The weird wattages I only see them in Walmart in MD... But I remember first seeing them in Florida when I was 7 years old also I remember Amway store used to have Amway brand wierd wattages too!

Illegal GE 75w bulbs in Kalifornia

Target in CA sell the reduced wattage bulbs and they already phased out the 71w bulbs this year. But one Target I went in got some specials in full wattage, including the 2012 made 75 watters here!
