The visor's aren't screwed in, I had a pain of a time getting the visor in. It's clipped in and is held in from behind.
It is a durasig, I dunno the year but there are lots of durasigs where I got this one, This housing was from a broken traffic light that was getting taken down. Only the middle part was broken, the top and bottom were in perfect condition.

It's not blinking, I can't find that blinker thing I have right now anyway. xD I need to find that... And make a little yellow blinker light with this. (with a yellow module) And I can put that EOI yellow module I have in it and make that blink. I need to upload pics of the EOI module...
You did something to make the arrow because Dialight did not continue the screen pattern into the arrow lenses. Its either a first or second generation DuraSig. Open it up to find out, if the reflector bosses are molded inside then its a second generation. Second Generation ran from the early 80s to the early 90s. The third generation uses screw on visors because it needed to be interchangable with LFE's polycarbonate signal. Eagle Signal and LFE/Automatic Signal merged in 1993
No thats an original Dialight ball fixture that was modified to be an arrow. The screened pattern was not carried over into the Dialight arrow line. I'm going to go with putting a mask between the fresnel lens and the colored outter lens.
Michael, you are correct! I took an arrow module I got from the durasig (that is in the pic) and I took my new dialight design and took the refractor and fresnel lens off of it, and I took the clear cover over this and put the fresnel lens and refractor over the arrow module. Surprisingly it fit perfectly with SLIGHT issues, but not too many issues. The module IS a 2005 Dialight arrow module, where the arrow had no diamond pattern or anything over it, just a clear transparent bowl, and I replaced it with the fresnel lens and the "screen" pattern refractor from a new module.
