Eye 160w SBMV
Found this used from Restore, and shown here fully warmed up. It has some age spots in the phosphor for some reason...it was used base up in a pendant light. 

Here's a pic with a lower exposure which shows the age spots more clearly:

Those dark spots are weird LOL. Are they evaporated tungsten from the filament?

@Vince, I'm not sure, the only thing I know was that this was used base up. Oddly only the etch side has the spots though...the other side is like any other coated lamp.

i have a few SBMV and i do have a china made clear one. they sold on ebay while back

I have a clear SBMV, it is a pet lamp. They are quite common for pet keeping and moth catching.
