These are the dumpsters here in Holyoke, except all these fixtures are HPS.

UPDATE: Joe told me that's not a ballast can. It was somehow related to a floodlight....

i don't think it was a ballast at all, but here's another shot of the thing.

At least I have a remote ballast can! I still need to figure out if it works. xD I dunno how to wire it.
