Leviton Isolated Ground Receptacle
Here it is. Installed ground-up with a stainless steel back plate. I tried to install it as straight as I could. But i didn't want to strip threads in the box, I got it almost perfect I think. I think it looks cool.

Looks good! I assume it tested out fine with the tester? What I usually do with the cover plate screws is I only turn them until they are snug, then align them vertically, even if it isn't as tight as it can go it's still fine.

I've got it pretty much perfect. It might be a little off but I don't want to mess with it too much.

Hmm screws aligned vertically eh, I make mine a bit slanted. Razz

I alway tighten the screws to horizontal. Razz

I just turned the screw til it stopped. I didn't force it.

its good to have grounding side up with metal plates plus it prevents the thin plastic part below the grounding hole from breaking off!

Yeah we have receptacles in our house with that little portion of plastic just below the ground hole broken off.
