Interesting, I rarely see highbays here fitted with MV lamps. MV seems to be common in old mall recessed lighting though.

This mall is likely 19+ years old, so it shouldn't be unlikely.
Correction: These are highbay fixtures placed on the ceiling over a balcony, with only about 5m of clearance from floor

Its an Asian mall called Market Village (located near Kennedy Rd/Steeles Ave on onther side of pacific mall)
