I'm guessing mid 90s to 2003.

Metro (a supermarket here) used to have a lot of 4' and 8' versions of these over the coolers but they were removed and replaced with LED recently.

ahh thanks.yeah most places here have LEDs in the feezer sections, though the coolers are still T8 (well better than nothing but T12 would be better).

Yeah T8 still seems to be used the most but I see LED in the newer ones. I know a odd cooler with 70w MH in it though. Shocked

weird... i know in the milk area where they have the freezer rooms behind the shelves usually have HPS canopy lights.
