At first it looked like a GE, but there indeed looks something different about it. From my educated guess....this must be the smaller sized Sylvania fixture I presume...

for one...it looks Quite abit longer than a M250R2....and those top bolts do look Sylvania-ish.

I now will be getting one Cool so we`ll find out what it is, I never seen a painted Power-Lite before.

I think I've seen these around my area before but I used to think that they were GE M250R2s so I'd never paid that much attention to them before. I'm looking forward to finding out more about this fixture too.

I've seen some painted Powerlites before in Toronto but I think they were refurbished fixtures.
