Model 25, M-400 and Model 13 
An old 1960s era GE M-400 sits amongst some newer AE model 25 and model 13 cobras. All of the lights are HPS though. I'm not really sure if the GE was located here all this time or was a rebuilt light from elsewhere installed in the 90s.

Not necessarily. Because it is HPS, it was likely removed from its original installation place, taken to a shop, reballasted, and then installed here to replace a MV. It's definitely the oldest of the three lights but Joe already said that in his description.

I could be wrong but in all the old photos from the 70s and early 80s all these same poles have those GEs on them
