Look on the base for a alphanumeric code such as b738, and reply back. That's the date code.

This one is "Rf098". My 400w MV lamp is "Rf058". Is that 9/2008 and 5/2008?

I believe it should be September 2010 for this one and May 2010 for the 250w watter.

ahh. so these were pretty fresh from the factory when i ordered them then...... I forget exactly when i ordered them thoguh. It was sometime in spring it think...
