I have around five of these, one was from Lowe's and the others were from Restore. Date looks like it's December 2005.

Ahh thanks. These look like they may have been made by Sylvania since the endcaps are the same as sylvania's and the date code style looks similar.

Yep they are, Razz I also know Sylvania made some of Philips F15T12 lamps (also some of GE's) a few years ago. You can tell since they have silver endcaps (no Alto here Razz ) and the Philips logo has the shield next to it.
