Spot the Recent Spot Replacements
Click to enlarge. Half of the latest replacement lume's in my city (AEL 115 250W) have been installed without using their leveling steps, in fact many somehow look droopy.

Its all of the AEL 115's. No OVX replacement photos? Razz

Looks like they're spot replacing R47s and OV-15s with 115s.

The whole Sylvania and Westinghouse lines of lights seem to be the lights replaced by 115's.

I think AEL is just their default spot replacement lume. I saw a defective OVF get replaced with a 125 once.

I've seen the other way around as well

@Joe: The past 2 years Brampton's maintenance contractor (enersource of mississauga) does use AEL 115 by default for 250W spots. But their default replacement lume for 400W spots has been Cooper's OVX respectively. Neutral

Torbram and Queen a 115 replaced a OVX about a year and a half ago on one of the tall aluminum poles. http://goo.gl/maps/AA1dk

@Hangin': That 115 on Torbram at Queen is not an OVX because it is actually 250W, probably following suit of the wattage used on that stretch put in the 80's

They had an OVX there before but it was interesting seeing a 115 on one of those.
