Model 25 [Gone]
I am unsure if this pole is still up or not. 2 years ago in the streetview it was not moved but the road moved so the pole and light are on they're own behind a wooden barrier.

where is this, I am pretty curious as I can't actually recognize it!

Queen street and Mississauga Road. I don't know if this is still here. As unlikely as it is I hope they moved the Model 25 on a tall concrete pole like the concrete poles on the other side.

I think there is a chance this pole (and your avatar pic) isn't made by polefab as I've seen these direct burial steel poles with "Josyln" stickers at the base. Every bolt-down tubular sectional steel pole in Ontario I've seen is 100% marked with "polefab", yet I see octogonal poles come from all sorts of companies, like: SSW Brampton, Valmont, Powco.

So far I've seen Lacal, Joslyn, and Polefab tags on those round sectional steel poles. It seems Lacal was the original manufacturer, which got bought out by Joslyn in the 70s who then sold off the pole division to Polefab.

Helpful Joe, great seeing the dates the different manufactures existed. I was thinking about a comparison shot, but you beat me to it. Have you done one on octagonal steel poles? Idea
