Yeah I believe the MTO replaced everything on the stretch of the QE back in the mid 90s.

Used to have those same fluorescent streetlights here on some of the freeway interchanges here in BC.

The last one I knew of like that was on the Q.E.W in burlington and then they reconstructed it with the rest of the MTO construction
