That looks like a remote ballasted OV-25. They used to be common in Toronto but got wiped out by HPS. I believe a couple of parking lots and Greenwood Yard still has a few still up. It still has the remote ballast attached and it looks old enough to still be MV.

There used to be 2 here but looks like renovations happened and the other came down.

Hmm too bad about the other one. I wonder if these are still in use. I see that they put up a 500w halogen flood and a motion sensor twin PAR light over the two doors.

Wonder if it was left because it wasn't in the way of any renovation work.
