they probably have instructions on how to do it because it likely has to be done a specific way to validate any UL or safety listings. I've seen those induction retrofits in floodlights like that. They're a lot dimmer than the MH they replaced but the light from them is very pleasing unlike LED where the light is dimmer and horrid to look at.

I guess there should be a hole template for drilling the mounting holes for the driver and lamp too. I've seen induction fixtures before, some look a bit like a dimmed out merc. Razz
