Wow, that's really cool! Is it a fancy repro or is it a regular NEMA with a gumball assembly?

They're fairly modern lights. The older ones were Cooper URBs which were basically modern gumballs. The newer ones since Cooper stopped making the URB in 2009 are King Luminaire K200s specially ordered without paint. Seems like the K200s also come in LED at least they have a drop lens so it dosen't look that bad.

The arms are actually the same vintage S arms, they still make them for Toronto.

These ones in particular were the Cooper URB's. These must have been either transferred over to the new poles and new arms or used refurbs. The black OV-25 was also moved onto a new pole.
