Yeah, I think Steeles had a lot of OV-25 remotes on long S arms before HPS. Not sure about this stretch though. You can see that the B2255 is group switched too. There should be a cylindrical relay on one of the poles.

hmm interesting! I've never seen a remote PC fixture in use here (they were used back in the days of clams and the remote PCs and ballasts still sit on some of the poles disconnected with PCs installed and everything but I've never seen a cobrahead on a utility pole without a PC.
