I've seen some older ones that were on painted aluminum poles instead of concrete.

I've seen that too. Also there is an 8-8-8 signal in the background, that's about the only left in Brampton I know of, strangely the signals are only about 17 years old.

Hmm you have a Streetview of the 8-8-8?. I think the last 8-8-8s were removed from Markham around 2005-2007 (well there's still one in my room Laughing) and they're getting harder to find in Toronto too, I only know of three left.

Cool, I've never seen a 8-8-8 with a backplate like that before...it looks like it's the same size as a 12-8-8 backplate. I wonder if this 8-8-8 is still in service too.

This would look better if the slipfitter was level to horizontal. On this angle it just looks strange Confused

That happened before too. Laughing I check the gallery frequently enough where i don't look at those emails. Is there a way to shut off comment notification? I don't really need it. I do need PM notifications though.
