Yes it is, confusingly. This was the same place where those Form 400's were, they all got removed and replaced with shoeboxes, but for some reason this light (and a remote ballasted Form 400) at the back of the mall got left behind even though shoe boxes went up right in front of them, both haven't worked in years.

Nice find, there was one near Stouffville but it was removed during construction in late 09, although it was out for quite some time.

Thanks, it wasn't really a find, I knew it was there since I was two years old Laughing It is less than a four minute walk from my Grandmother's house.
