Westinghouse-Canada fixture. Has the cooper design but has the Westinghouse logo on it. Were these specifically for Canada?

The Westinghouse silverliners didn't use NEMA tags. I'm not sure if the Canadian Westinghouse cobraheads used NEMA taqgs thoguh...

Yep the Canadian Westinghouse OV25s have the same design as the Cooper ones complete with blunt nose, modified hinge, and centred PC. The OV 15s looked like the ones in the US aside from the bare finish.

The earliest style of tag on those lumes were just a small rectangular tag with the wattage on it, which was changed to regular tags later on.

That's how some M-250As are like here. It's a very small white tag that says "100" or "175" on it.
