I would love for these to start appearing here. I like the silver color of the older fixtures better than the new gray color. Gray is boring lol.

But you said you don't like unpainted fixtures, they are a bit shiny at first but later end up looking silver.

The unfinished looks ok on older fixtures. The modern fixtures don't look right without paint. Neutral

Well eventually they will look better, it just takes time The NOS R47 I have looks like the new 115 that go up here, but all the ones that where actually installed at the same time look silver by now.

The MV M-250A2 FCO from the 80's and HPS M-400 split doors from the 70's have their paint gone and they look silver. I found out with the help of Tony that there were THREE design changes in the M-250A2. The earliest one (the ones here) had a very boxy profile. The sencond flat front version wasn't as boxy. And we all know the unappealing rounded version of today.
