Seen at the old courthouse in Fairbanks, Alaska. It's no longer the superior court for the area; I believe it is borough administration offices/ Fairbanks city hall now but I could be wrong. Greened out /Cs I think.
Interesting those fixtures look original enough to be high wattage incandescent at one point. I came across a picture of this courthouse on the internet but I didn't know it was in Alaska or that the lights were MV.
There's a big office building in downtown Minneapolis that has fixtures similar to this except newer. The sides are transparent and they have a mixture of clear mercs and metal halides in them.

Fairbanks in general is an OLD town, lots of vintage lighting around!
