Re Store find: A Cooper lighting Troffer, In a brand new conditon!
Went to a Re Store today, a new one.

They didn't have much good things there yet, Absolutely no HID fixtures or ballasts, just lots of incandescent and some florescent, and this Troffer fixture including the lamps for only 20 dollars!

This is in Brand New condition, I don't think this was even used.

I am gonna hang this up in the garage to replace the old One-Lamp incandescent socket that is up there. It will sure make the garage brighter!

Well, I guess this answers my question Laughing

Nice, I sometimes see new in box fixtures and lamps at my Restore. Mine occasionally gets HID stuff too.

The ReStore on I-70 Frontage road has LOTS of HID fixtures. Shoeboxes, High bays, and Wallpacks. For pretty cheap too. I got a 250w MH ballast there for FIVE BUCKS! Too bad it was 208 volts though. Singe tap. So I have no use for the ballast.

Shocked That's a lot more HID stuff that what the Restores in Toronto sell.

There's no nearby ReStores here. Neutral

I guess the one nearest is this one.

Nice find ! Cool
that ballast itself is $20-$25 a pop

Yep. The Restore in Washington County RI is the closest.... Charlestwon isn't anywhere I'd normally go. Most of that area is very rural and there are plenty of farms out there.

I find the Restores in more rural areas tend to have older stuff for sale. Razz

If i can ever find a way to bug my mom or dad into driving me there I'll letcha know. Razz As for the Phillips BT25 lamps on ebay: they said no. Mad Crying or Very sad
joe_347V   [Nov 17, 2011 at 02:30 AM]
Those BT25s would have looked good in something like this.
streetlight98   [Nov 17, 2011 at 02:40 AM]
It sure would. Very Happy Maybe i can try to convice them. "BT-25s are rare now and this a great deal. Sooner or later these won't be found anywhere." Maybe somthing like that will work......
