Master Blaster 1500w HPS I thought MHs were the only 1500w screw based HID out there. I'd say this brand ought a be called GLARE BLASTER instead of Master Blaster! I'd check it out but they're $100+ for lamp and $300+ for an electronic 240v ballast! PLEASE tell me this iPhone got this pic uploaded the right side up! Keywords: Lamps

Interesting lamp! Dint know HPS was available over 1Kw. ..this one sounds like a grow bulb. ..also not too sure of an electronic balast for that high of lamp.wattage

Eh. Just use two 1000W HPS AEL 327s in your greenhouse for more light and the same price. Laughing

Maybe it's just an overdriven 1000W lamp. Laughing I don't really trust off-brand companies with electrical items... Neutral

I think when the 1.5kW MHs first came out they were actually overdriven 1kW lamps but the lamp makers later came out with a real 1.5kW lamp.

Yes that sounds familiar, they didn't use the heat reflecting paint on the 1.5KW lamps from what i heard
