Here is a scene view of the light, as you see ther eis a utility pole, no wires conected to it except from an underground feed. And you see the fence for a construction yard. No streetlights in THAT yard though.

Interesting how they choose a more permanet temporary light instead of those gas powered MH eye sores......

MTO does that a lot too but their temp lights have overhead feeds.

Hmm. RIDOT uses those gas guzzler MH lights. When they do road widening, the poles are taken down and scrapped and new lights come in place of them.....

We have those too but they're usually used for short term projects only.

This isn't a TEMPORARY light, it's a light that has been here before the construction site was there.

The light is here for the walking path under it which has always been there. This light is to light that path. And it's right before the path crosses under I-225.
