Good Pic,yeah that Arm Is Steep....looks like the one that show up on interstares and signal poles in Texas,ours may be just a little less steep,not compleatly Sure.
That's a pretty steep arm there, over here there's some arms with a similar steepness/slope but are tapered e style instead of truss style like your's. I also like how the GE fixtures goes with the arm.
