Completely re-done. There are a few stand-alone poles not in this picture with 115's on them, while the lights on the thick traffic signal poles have M-250 R2's on them.
It used to be a span wire intersection and they tool Four 400 watt M-400 R3's down. Which THINK the one in my collection used to light this intersection.
It was taken on a bridge, a brand NEW bridge. In the picture below is showing RIGHT where the bridge is now, but before it was built. They built the new bridge at the same time they were working on this intersection signal. It's a walking bridge, for pedestrians.
