Might be incandescent, not sure. I don't see a ballast can anywhere.

And the housing looks too small to hod a ballast, so chances are this is an Incandescent gumball.

Thanks for the comment. Smile I think it's incandescent too but it looks like they've cut the feed wires so we'll never know what light source it used for sure.
