I wonder why Cooper moved the photocell socket up on the OV15. I mean, what's the difference from leaving it origional?

Hmm I don't know but it does make them a lot easier to tell them apart from the Westinghouses.

Yeah, but they look more classic with the rear PC. The OV25 looks good with the front PC because that's how it was origionally made.

the only thing i don't like about the New OV-15's,OV-25's is the Front End is Rounded....the original silverliner OV-15's and OV-25's had more pointed front ends...and of course the Westy version is probably much higher quality.

The Crouse-Hinds OV-15s I have are almost as good quality as my Westinghouse OV-25 Wink

And yes, the Westinghouse ones had a flatter, longer appearence. Crouse-Hinds was good quality, I'm just wondering how they are now that they're Cooperized. It would be cool if GE or somebody started making clamshells again. Cooper makes gumballs.....

Just come over to Canada with a bucket truck, I'll tell you where the Cooper and Westinghouse OV 25s are Laughing

Just be sure to clean up no one likes broken streetlights all over the place Laughing Razz
